Job Description:

BOS Natural Flavors is seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a deep understanding of inventory control systems, ensuring that our stock levels are maintained efficiently while minimizing waste and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring stock levels are accurate, optimal, and replenished on time.
• Stock Control: Monitor and track raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials, ensuring consistent availability to meet production and customer demands.
• Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory.
• Order Management: Place orders for inventory, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to meet production schedules.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Analyze inventory trends and work closely with production and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or excess stock.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all inventory complies with company standards, quality checks, and safety regulations.
• Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving strategies in inventory management, including reducing waste and optimizing order quantities.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve inventory management processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions, movements, and audits.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems and best practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
