Job Description:

BOS Natural Flavors is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage the financial operations of the company effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability and liquidity.
• Cost Control: Analyze and control costs to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within the food industry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
